Paid for a full male hormone panel . After the initial 5 days I hadn’t received my results so I emailed them. The next day they only gave me part of my results . They couldn’t give a result for the estradiol cause the specimen was aged . How were you able to give me my prolactin and testosterone levels but not my estrodial? Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company. They’ll let your sample sit then not give you results and blame you and say the specimen is aged when really they have too many to do and can’t keep up.
Ordered a test kit and paid for expedited shipping, received the test kit in good time but test must be performed and shipped Monday-Thursday. Waited anxiously over the weekend and obtained the sample Monday morning. Immediately after we dropped it off at a USPS box and hoped for a quick test. I checked my account throughout the week and nothing was received in the lab. After several calls to customer service and tracking the sample package myself we realized it was lost in the postal system. It finally arrives 8 days later.
Customer service was congenial and apologetic, offering to send a new kit or provide a refund. We opted not to test again as this was a very traumatic experience for my autistic daughter who was the patient in this process.

They put the wrong sample date and then took a long time to fix it.
Really easy and stress free (as the paperwork for international travel is NOT stress free) - I really liked how easy this was!

Everlywell provided the best service because for me, they were professional all throughout the purchase process for me. My friend got one so I ordered one as well to ensure that I am safe since I had some symptoms. I would recommend them and their test without a second though to anyone who wants to conduct a test by themselves. Very professional services by them and I am pleased.
The kit arrived within 5 days of my order. My results were received within 24hrs of posting my sample to the lab. Discrete/quality service.
Ive never used tests like this before in my life so I was quite surprised at how responsive LetsGetChecked because I did not expect such a fast response. I got the results very soon after I did and it was a understandable report. For me, the report was very easy to understand and most of all the units used in the results were standard so I was able to quickly do a search on google the results using other papers found on line.
Don't buy their home Covid test if you need the result faster than a week. Quicker (and free) to get a drive through NHS one.
This test is very easy and very simple to use unlike some of the other tests that I have tried. The instructions they sent me and my family were very clear so it was easy for us to conduct the test for each other. I'd say that for $119 bucks, it is qorth it because the results are sent back to us soon as well. If you are looking for a at-home test, this would be the best!
System performance and bugginess were real issues when I was trying to activate my test. I waited until the next day and tried again and it worked.
